"This hotel was okay. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance but no crosswalks so you have to be careful. The parking lot is atrocious. The spaces are so small and everyone has SUVs that don't fit in the lines. You can park in the garage if you let them know there's no more room as they will give you a pass."
"Great location. Front desk staff are very nice and helpful. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms and cleaning...not so much. Most of the furniture in my room was chipped or broken. I put the bottom of the drawer back in and super glued the lampshade back together. I dont need cleaning service everyday but the times I did have cleaning they always forgot something or didnt clean at all. 2 days was skipped. Last night they didnt give me bath towels. Time before no hand towels or wash cloths. Forgot to empty trash. Didnt change sheets, etc. Very disappointing. First time in a very long time I didnt leave a tip for the maids. Bottom line: would I stay there again...no choice...its a work thing. I just will no longer expect good housekeeping services."
"My stay at this property was related to a medical emergency with a family member at Legacy Immanuel. From my first phone call, I have been both impressed and immensely grateful for the stellar front desk staff. Their helpful information and kindness has been wonderful. This property is clean, quiet and having a lit parking area right in-front has made me feel safe even when coming in and out at last hours. The pool and workout room both great amenities as well as the good quality breakfast with a huge array of food and drink choices. All in all a great stay, in spite of the circumstances that brought me here. I highly recommend it."
"I chose this hotel for its location. I wanted a rest from the driving so it was great to leave the car in the car park for a couple of days. I was a bit disappointed that my preference for a room far from the elevator wasn't complied with and we were right next to the elevator. Location is great for dining with many options just down the street. Also only a 15 min walk to get the street car. The front desk staff were very helpful too - really engaging and couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was fine and everything was available. Some was a little overcooked though on both days. Overall a good choice."
