"Bad service the ladies taking fingerprints were in the middle of a personal conversation when I came in for my appointment and they were upset that I came in to interrupt them. While I was there they didn’t really speak to me and made hand gestures instead. I peak fluent English and they kept directing me with hand signals instead of using words. They did not provide verbally directions. I felt this was very rude considering the fact that I am not ASL!"

"ive been locked out of my account after one try and the reset did not work. When calling i just get the automated system that is extreamly unhelpfull when i ask to speak to a live person it threatens to end the call. i dont know what to do because i need to renew and i can not access to fill in forms and i cant talk to a living person. it never used to be this hard but now its impossible to get anything done. please fix your system."

"I recently 11/08/2023 had the pleasure of taking a dear friend to Immigration office Portland Oregon 14th and Overton in the beautiful Pearl District. Upon driving up to location I had a very Good sense this was going to be extremely painless and actually fun. So we park as VIP in the front of doors. Get parking paid. Payment box right in front of office 45 minutes like $1.45. We enter and the Security Staff is absolutely amazing Friendly Funny Professional. Get to the office for friends appointment. Friend had been reasonably hesitant about making this all come to fruition. The Whole Office staff were absolutely 5 Stars ⭐✨ Friendly Efficient and really gave the true vibe of wishing to make all that had business in their office Special like Family. Let's just say "I thought they were going to give my friend and myself a big hug and say welcome to our family". This was the best and actually fun visit to a Government Agency in my 62 years of being an American Citizen. I felt proud and left their office continuing to feel proud to be born in the Great USA. "Security check staff were very nice. I was very nervous (Citizenship test) but they were very easy going and talkative making you feel at ease. Busy office and everyone was polite. My interview was with officer Gibson. He is very nice and polite. He had a very calm demeanor which helped a lot. He asked all questions slow and clear. I was able to park right in front of the building. About $3 for a little over an hr."
