We specialize in servicing and repairing natural gas, propane, gas furnaces, tankless water heaters, ductless systems/mini splits, standard heat pumps for both commercial and residential properties. Additionally, we provide cold side services for kitchen equipment and refrigeration for commercial properties only. We do not work on woodstoves, pellet stoves, chimney work, masonry, or tile work. We accept all major credit cards, checks, Venmo, or cash and work with management companies and realtors. Our flat rate service fee is based on location and type of fireplace. We require a 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations and charge a rescheduling fee for missed appointments. All of our work comes with a 90-day labor warranty, as customer satisfaction is our top priority.
