Every animal that comes to our shelter stays with us until they find their forever home, as we believe that each animal has unique qualities that someone is looking for in a companion. In order to continue our critical work for decades to come, we are in need of a new shelter and office building, and we rely on the support of our community to make this possible. Our small staff and volunteer team provided nearly 11,000 lifesaving services to cats and dogs in 2023, including spay/neuter surgeries, caring for shelter pets, reuniting lost dogs with their families, administering vaccines and microchips, finding forever homes, and issuing licenses to ensure lost pets have a better chance of getting home.
