Linae Sielicky, who started as an assistant manager in 1988, now serves as the manager of the establishment. The original baker, Doreen Hellemn, along with Mike and Valerie Schultz from Lovin' Oven, continue to bake the majority of the desserts. In 2017, Linae, Mike, and Val purchased the Konditorei from Gerry and are committed to upholding the tradition for years to come.
