"So far I am so disappointed that my doctor moved to this office. It’s disorganized, there always seems to be an issue I have to follow up on, and the staff really isn’t interested in good care. So far in the last 3 months. - I have had to chase down refills, A friend had to do the same. - They didn’t take the right amount of blood for labs - The front desk told me to deal with my insurance, then when I called back she said “oops I guess I missed that”"

"TERRIBLE!!!! I had a tele health appointment where I was diagnosed with mental conditions and prescribed medication. When I got to the pharmacy they said the dr was not with the OHP I had so I called back to ask the office to have a provider with OHP send the prescription over. That was one week ago. They told me they forwarded the message to my provider and would get back to me. I have heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING back. Very unprofessional management, I am extremely disappointed and, frankly, kind of pissed off. Places like this that help people with mental health conditions should NOT take a week to just get back to you."

"Been seeing Dr.Testa for about several weeks now, had to transfer over from a different clinic because I didn't meet the level of care due to only having it only for mental health medications. He and the other staff at the Hillsboro location are so nice! Definitely recommend this place!"

"Intake person does not know what they are doing. Rude email about completing online paperwork before even stepping into the office. Very rude email threatening cancellation. Practice better intake and welcoming practices . Not considerate or giving quality care to people seeking real help. Patrick Testa should be made aware how difficult his office staff makes it to schedule an appointment. Offers no counseling services . This was a waste of time . Don’t threaten to cancel people by email. I would never trust you with my private health information. Awful intake phone call and unprofessional emails."

"I had Sanford as a PCP years ago and she’s wonderful. I just read some other reviews and have to rebut the impression that Sanford is unprofessional. She saved me during law school because she is funny and I needed her brevity as I was miserable. The fact that she laughs and is happy is part of what makes her so great. She is very intuitive. She is not aggressive, she’s smart and matter of fact. It broke my heart when she went into psychiatry but I’m glad she is still practicing. Testa is now my psychiatrist and he’s fantastic as well, he listens."
