"They had initially messed up with the scheduling. Now, they have used the wrong billing code because of which my insurance company have transferred the cost to me. My insurance company is ready to work with the clinic to sort out the issue but no one from the clinic nor the doctor (Meenakshi Aggarwal) is responding. Extremely bad experience. They don't have a laboratory in the clinic so they sent my samples to external labs. Lab is also chasing me with their bill, they also received a wrong code from Hillsboro Clinic. All of this can be sorted out but no one from the Clinic is responding."

"New to Oregon since June 2022 and chose Hillsboro Clinic as my primary. They were able to see me right away for a herniated disc and got the ball rolling to get to a specialist and to get the surgery done. It is now wintertime, and I've been healing from my surgery for 9 weeks. During my time of healing, my mental health took a toll. I saw Dr.Aggarwal a couple of days ago, and I can't thank her enough. She listened, was very kind, non judgmental. She was everything I needed, and now I am back on the path of healing mentally and physically. Thank you, Hillsboro Clinic."

"My wife had an appointment that we needed to cancel last minute due to the fact that her 80 year old father had come from an eye appointment, where they dilated his eyes, and when he tried to drive he could not see and could not tell her where he was. She was panicked and need to try an find him and pick him up; this was coming from the Kaiser Interstate facility. I was at work and could not leave to help out. Stacey, the business manager, who I guess makes the decision on whether you can reschedule after you miss an appointment, wasn't available and even though a call back was promised, one never came. To top it off, they also sent a $50.00 bill for the late cancelation, I guess unforeseen emergencies should cost you. If only they reimburse for the time they make you wait 20-40 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. Well, I will pay the bill, but they will lose two patients. I will also continue to post this bad experience every where I can, including my health insurance providers website, where they want you to share your experience with their contract providers."
