"Insurance rates are getting too high. My credit rating is excellent and I have not filed a claim in a long long time. When my previous insurer advised me that my homeowner and auto policies would increase by significant amounts and they were not able to make any adjustments or concessions, I decided to get additional quotes. I called Donovan at PBC, he was quickly able to find another insurance company that could give me much better rates. He also made suggestions about choosing annual renewal over semi-annually, which saved me money. He also reviewed my coverage and found that some of the coverages were insufficient. I referred my neighbor and my son to Donovan, he was able to help them find better coverage with some savings over their previous insurance. My other son and his wife are now working with Donovan to evaluate their policies. I like the idea that I'm not working with a specific insurance company which limits my options, Donovan works with a number of insurance companies. It's also been great to call or email Donovan and get a response within a short time. My former insurance company sometimes would never answer my email or return my call. It's such a relief to know that I can actually talk to a person if I need help. I will continue to refer friends to Donovan and PBC."
