Hi 5 Dental Dentistry for Kids & Orthodontics!

"I'm so very happy to have made an appointment with High 5 Dentistry. I made an earlier review of a poor experience from another practice, but wanted to do a follow up of a great dentistry. Both of my kiddos needed some dental work done which required them to go under. Dr. Jenette and the anesthesiologists were absolutely fantastic. Dr. Jenette did the exams first for both my kiddos and made clear communication as to what needed to be done. Afterwards the anesthesiologists and Dr. Jenette called to check in to see how my kiddos were doing. What I like about this dentistry is that they were able to get us in a lot sooner then the other practice. Both offices are nice clean spaces and the staff and doctors are extremely friendly to parents and very friendly to children. Finding a dentist for your little ones can be extremely stressful . If you are searching I would highly recommend this place! Thank you Dr. Jenette and the staff."

"HORRIBLE experience. This place is only out for money. My son had minor cavities that didn't need ROOT CANALS AND CROWNS. 4 years old and my baby was put under, then had TEN crowns put onto his teeth all for $$$. This place did the same thing to another little one that goes to the same preschool as my son. Dr. Intrachat needs to be investigated. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE. Dr. Intrachat did treatments on my sons teeth (a black permanent stain) without my consent and completely ruined his beautiful smile."

"The worst experience of my life don’t take your children here for any kind of extraction. ( didn’t see dr Pham) ended up calling an ambulance my son was puking blood and wouldn’t wake up it was over an hour long, we got to the hospital and they told me he was heavily sedated and asked me if they even ran a blood pressure cuff on him or anything and they don’t have any of that equipment in office, just a little clamp on the finger. The anesthesiologist was the worst! He told me that my son was fine when he wasn’t he cried for over 2 hours not knowing what was going on or fully waking up, and puking blood. I should’ve never of experienced such trauma! Save yourself and your kids from going here!! I had a bad vibe when they told me I couldn’t be in the room also! There was no empathy the anesthesiologist was rude to me, my son was laying flat on his back when he starting to puke I had to grab him and put him on his side. we were in the hospital until 1am, they had to push fluids through and IV because of how heavily sedated he was and his little body couldn’t handle it finally after 5 hours or so my baby woke up in the hospital how scary right! Meanwhile the dental office was extremely rude and unconcerned and unprofessional during the whole thing! Didn’t even give me proper instructions to go home with or an antibiotic for my sons abcess that they had pulled. His heart rate was in the high 170s at the hospital, another monitor they do not have, or have anyone who knows anything about health, ( I work in healthcare) I received 4-5 Text messages from the dental office around 7-9 pm at night.. how unprofessional!! Fentanyl and Ketamine!! This place should be shut down!! Shame on you M Bespaly you could've killed my son that day."

"My son, now 16, has been going to Dr. Pham for his teeth for over a decade. Dr. Pham and his entire staff are absolutely wonderful. During the pandemic, they handled patients and families with extreme care, making sure that we were well-informed about and carefully following safety precautions. Since my son is a teenager, they gave us the option of having him only come into the office while I waited in the car with the hygienist or dentist coming out to the car to discuss any concerns or to touchbase. I loved that! We are trying to help our son learn to advocate for himself and he is now comfortable interacting with staff/doctor to made sure his needs are met. Also, when he was younger, Dr. Pham made sure that he was getting sealants on his teeth. When he did have a cavity, Dr. Pham made sure that it was not pain-free to fix but also provided special glasses and headphones for him to watch a movie while filling was being done. My biggest worry now? Finding such an awesome dentist for adults!"

"We love everything about Hi5! They are really incredible with my kiddos. My two year old just had his first cleaning and checkup yesterday, and the hygienist was lovely! She showed him all her different tools, explaining what each one did. He really enjoyed the experience; my other kids always enjoy their dental visits, too. And Dr. Pham is one of the most incredible people ever! He explains everything clearly and is just so kind and amazing with both kids and their parents. I can't recommend them enough!"
