"I was initially impressed w the office and the hygienists. I have had a good experience with them. However Dr. Spangler is a lazy dentist who seems perpetually exhausted. He wiggles out of any explanation of any care he recommends and definitely doesn’t seem to enjoy being a dentist. The older dentist, his Dad, has always made a slight racist comment towards me each time I come in, about his time treating Asian people. The last straw was when the receptionist Monica was stuffing her face w snacks at the front desk and made me stand there waiting for her to chew in order to talk to me about a bill. There was another front desk person sitting there on her phone. When Monica was finally done eating she let me know how much I owed. I paid and declined to book my 6 months check up. Overall it’s an unpleasant family practice w unpleasant pe. I have to take time off work to attend these appointments so it’s be nice if they could respect my time. Also, Monica, lay off the cookies. Your BMI and heart health will thank you later."

Everyone is a pleasure to talk with. The office is clean and there is minimal waiting, I won't say that I look forward to returning, but I won't hesitate or dread my next visit.
