"We went in and tried to go get o-rings for some dipsticks and they told us “the o rings on dipsticks are special and can’t be replaced you have to order the whole thing” We went to O’Riley’s down the street and we got a set of o-rings that fit perfect."

"Very disappointed with the service here. Complete waste of time calling or trying to order. The workers there are completely incompetent they don’t listen to what you ask for they don’t give you what you asked for and they’re willing to charge you anything and they don’t care when you call you get hung up on after being on hold a complete nightmare I would not recommend this place to anybody. Worst place in the gorge to get parts. I’ll never shop here. Ask for a throttle position sensor and to hold it but then they sell you a idle air control valve, uh sorry we have to order the throttle position sensor even though they told me it was placed on hold for me. Complete waste of time. Autozone will run this place out of business. If you get Humberto on the phone, just hang up. Save yourself the headache. Doesn’t have a clue!"
