"Great place to get help with my phone. Several times I have taken my $5 TracFone in there and the people have been kind and helpful. They didn't even laugh at me when all that was needed was taking out the battery for a few minutes then doing a restart! This fall, when I finally upgraded to a Motorola, the lovely young lady who works in the shop helped me choose a protective case that could survive me. She managed to get all of my contact info from my old phone merged to the new one. She taught me more about how to use the phone. Then I went on vacation and took too many pictures. When I got home I needed to expand my memory, so I called. I was told to get a memory card (the micro ones) and bring it in. I did that and was helped by the young man who runs the place. He was kind and professional and taught me how to transfer videos and pictures to the new card. These folks are great. I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else!"
