"Huge shout out to Vicki, she's the best! We filed our taxes online and the h&r block software wouldn't let us review or submit our taxes after having already paid for the services. After a month of run around over the phone from different tax pros and tech support, no one had any answers for us so we set an appointment to go in. The tax pro we were assigned was also clueless on how to help with this dilemma when Vicki Ward then kindly stepped in and offered her assistance, and we sure are glad she did! She took our problem head on and spent 2 hours of her time on the phone with different contacts to help us get a refund on the services unrendered and get our taxes filed properly. This type of action speaks for itself. Give this woman a raise, she deserves it! In addition to her kindness, what really set her apart was her genuine care and determination to get us through our conundrum. It was evident that she truely wanted to help us and not just make a profit. She took the time to understand our individual situation and tailored her services to meet our specific needs. "I tried an app to file my taxes but it was rejected by Oklahoma State and IRS due to amissmatch on my daughters social and her name, so I looked online for a place to get assistance from experts and came accross H&R Block. I made a next day appointment online, pretty easy and quick by registrating with an email. They sent me a link to fill out tax intake form and be ready for appointment. When I came to my appointment they were punctual and respectful of my time. Michael at the front desk had me wait for my agent. Michael was very courteous and profesional. Dale showed up and walked me to his desk where I explained situation and my thoughts on reason for tax form being rejected. He was knowledgeable and sat clear expextations about the process we would follow from begining to end. He captured all my info and ask probing questions to determine my best options. He tried getting me a higher credit based on my specific situation and staying within IRS policy. At the end he finished filing for me and he was so confident about his work that he had me wait for like 10min until they got approved. The only opportunity areaa Iwould highlight are: new people filing dont get clear instructions on what they need to come prepared for appointment. Website its not very clear with quotes about services. Those are my reasons for the 4. I reccomend this service. It was quick, respectful of my time and efficient."
