"Staff that were working were polite and helpful. We got in late so didn't ask to change rooms due to cleanliness(as shown in pictures). This was our first time staying and was rented for us for basketball training, however wouldn't be our first choice for future events! Breakfast had variety however hot food was semi-hot and no microwave to warm up."

"Poor quality hotel. First room was not very clean. Woke up to a bug beside the bed. Second room reeks of cigarettes and has French fries on the floor. The ac is also incredibly loud with a constant vibration. Elevator is broken, from reading other reviews it has been broken for 6+ months now. The side door is also broken, upon notifying staff their response was “oh yea, it does not work”. There was no sign, you’re just expected to keep trying until you give up and walk around the building. Would not stay at this hotel ever again. It seems management does not care for the quality as the reviews have been saying the same thing for some time and all of the issues are still present as of Feb 5th, 2024. Puts a stain on the Marriott name."

"My wife and I decided to stay here because it was close to the Oklahoma Spine Hospital in OKC and the price was reasonable. However our experience was below average. Staff - 1. The receptionist/clerk was friendly and had a nice smile and that was good. However, I went to the lobby to ask a question of her and she was on her cell. It did not appear that she was conducting business, but I’m not sure. I waited for several minutes and did not get help from her. Room and bed - 1. The rooms were clean, but the beds were lumpy and hard. 2. We requested double beds because we were expecting our daughter to be with us, but she couldn’t make it. They were squeezed so close that if you slept on the side it was difficult to walk through. Handicapped bath - 1 The.bath labeled as handicapped had a perpendicular grab bar licated on the mid -right. It was hard to use. The tub had a HIGH step over. My wife is a fall risk so this is not good. 2. The stool was a regular 17” commode while handicapped stools are about 19”. I hope someone from corporate reads this because this needs to be corrected. Accessible showers need to have a low threshold or even lower for wheelchairs. This room was not a truly handicapped accessible bathroom."

"Location worked for my needs (stayed 3 nights) but even though the staff was generally friendly, the entire hotel needs a facelift. Carpets probably need a deep cleaning, sofa was dubious and tired, bathrooms were tiny (I’m a small person to begin with so anyone with some extra weight would have issues maneuvering in there), and while I wasn’t terribly inconvenienced by the broken elevator (I suppose that extra cardio up and down 5 flights was needed anyway), older or limited mobility patrons would have issues. They claimed that it was from a couple parts that they were waiting on but upon reading other reviews, it seems to be an ongoing or frequent issue. I was even told that a member of the cleaning staff was inside of it when it accidentally dropped a floor! Yikes."

"Breakfast had options and food was good. Beds were comfortable. No bugs noticed. Bathroom in my room was really small. Mini kitchenette was okay but you did not get pan or dishes, etc. like you do in some places. My room 402 had a hole under sink. The room just seemed cramped and small. Plenty food places close and shopping."
