Four Points by Sheraton Oklahoma City Airport

"I was delayed at the airport and was provided with a room at the Four points. After having such an awful day with delays and canceled flights, it was nice to wind down and be catered, and the Four Points definitely delivered. Rooms were spacious and comfortable beds, service from the bar to kitchen was superb. Even management helped out to ensure everyone was happy and comfortable. I appreciate how the Manager interacted with the guest and made me feel very welcome. I definitely recommend this hotel. If I’m ever in town again, I’ll make sure to book my stay here. Great job Sumeet and team"

"There isn’t a lot you can walk to from here for dinner. I was told I would receive my dinner order in 10-15 minutes. It came out 35 minutes later and was just a microwave dish. Disgusting. Room was not as nice as the pictures. Check in was good. Front desk was helpful in the morning when I needed the shuttle."

"The location isn’t too noisy but the rooms are run down compared to the pictures. Normally Four Points are nice places to stay but this one was more on the level of a Best Western. My room had patch marks over several walls that looked like a child was doing the work, the soap dispenser kept leaking a huge puddle so the shower was very slippery, the carpet was frayed and worn out, the headboard was fake leather with tears in it, the toilet would run for 10-15 minutes every time I flushed, and I woke up a couple times in the night to something biting me. In the morning I had a couple welts on my back. I tried to order dinner at the ‘restaurant’, they charged me $18 for a dish out of the freezer section of a grocery store. The food was hard and did not taste good. If you can’t serve real food, don’t call yourself a restaurant. They had no water or tea in the lobby. This is subpar for a hotel in the Marriott chain."

"Location is easy on/off 40. Check in was pleasant and fast. Staff is very professional and accommodating. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The room is small, it was a king room, but no place to lay out 2 suitcases. Only one chair and a desk chair. They have those barn doors for the bathroom- who thinks this is a good design ? Breakfast was not included, but you could purchase both breakfast and dinner in the hotel. I thought the signage could be improved. There is no sigh to indicate where the elevator is if you look down the hall, the sign is actually parallel to the hall so it was easy to walk past it. Nice option, I recommend this hotel as nice place if you are driving across the country"
