"Been going here with my doggie aboit a year and a half. She has some issues so we are there frequently. Even when busy everyone is always nice. They always seem to care that she is anxious and try to keep things quick and calm. Even if I have to wait they let you know what is happening. Prices are stiff for me- but it's because she has some issues and needs care frequently. They try to work her in as soon as possible with issues. I know the wellness plans seem like a bad idea to some- but it makes it so I can afford her vacci es, check ups , and fela-tick-heartwo4m meds. Wouldn't be able to pay for that stuff all at once. It's clear the overall company is all about#s and they do seem over worked- but they try not to let it show. Thankful for the caring attitude we have received"
"My cat has been going there for 12-years since the day I found her as a very sick and starving little 8-week old stray kitten. She has been on their medical plan from her 1st visit. She loves the place, the Dr's, Nurses, and everyone else there. They saved her life and I got my little sweetheart!!!!!"
"Our appointment for Snickers was smooth and the entire experience was pleasant. The front desk was polite & personable. The tech, Mary Jo, was friendly and I could tell she really cared & made Snickers comfortable. Dr. Ede was very professional and explained everything in detail and answered all my questions patiently. They even followed up next day with lab results. I highly recommend going there."
"Can not thank them enough for helping me and my wife through having to put our girl to sleep. Stuck to no option on a Sunday and the only place available in my area being rude and wanting to charge extra for us to be in the room. Called them and were working as hard as they can to get us in and found time. Staff was very patient through the whole process making sure we had all the time we needed. The cremation service came out amazing and had her back within a day of pickup and was more then pleased with everything. If it wasn’t for the drive I would be using them permanently for all vet needs. Thank you to the whole staff for everything this was rough but would of been even worse without you guys."
