"In and out in 1/2 hour. I was taken in immediately. 5 minutes in room took vitals. Dr in within 10 minutes. Nurse came back with a shot in 5 minutes.I recommend highly. This was on a Saturday morning."

I went home and suffered for a few more days before trying a new place just to find out I have strep. You guys have to examine your patients. Check their ears, throat, lymph nodes. This has been so painful for days and I could be on the mend if they would’ve taken the time."

"I went in with glue in my eye on a Saturday evening. The staff was great especially the nurse. I was in a lot of pain. She was able to keep me calm. My eye was flushed with water and then saline. The doctor administered special eye drops for my condition and issue a script. The doctor answered all my questions and gave me instructions once I got home. Thank you to the staff at Greater Midwest Urgent care for the compassionate quality of care I received."

"Hello, my name is Amanda Williams I have been to your urgent care this location multiple times before had no issues this time I come in. I signed the check in paper at 9:30. We are in the waiting room for a total of eight minutes before we get back to a room or in that room for two minutes before we get switched to a different room that was not properly cleaned at all Was in that room for another 18 minutes nobody came in to do our vitals to ask what was going on the lady who came in after me was being seen and treated when I walked out. I also told your receptionist lady to take my sons name out of your system and to not bill since he was not technically seen by anybody in your office will not be coming back if this was my urgent care that I worked at and I had people out in the waiting room that long or in a room that long without being seen or addressed that person would’ve been written up or fired Also, just spraying something down with Lysol to clean. It is not cleaning it and your floors were sticky as hell. When I walked around in that room my shoes stopped. There is a hole in your bed, and the vent in the ceiling is dirty as hell. I can also post pictures not a problem either and Videos. Also your staff outs in the area where they work is just sitting there talking about their daily personal lives like they don’t have a room full of patients. I also have a video of your staff sitting and talking. Don’t worry they’re not in the video. I am in my room with the door closed and you can hear them clear as day."
