"Making an appointment online at the Toledo location is useless. I made one for 12:15 on their website and when I checked in the lady said I had to come back at 1pm because they stop taking people after 11:30. What is the point of making an appointment? I went back at 1 pm like the lady said to do and the door was locked with a sign that said they will return at 1:30. They unlicked the door late.Do not go there if you can help it. "I drove an hour and twenty-five minutes to this location. I was sent by hire-right (job). This Hispanic woman shrugged her shoulders, indicating she didn't care how far I drove and pointed at door for me to get out. Another customer was waiting saying her job made an appointment for her, but these rude, unprofessional, and entitled employees refused to see her as well. If I have to ever use this company for pre-employment drug screening, I'd decline the job. Everyone is not an addict or in trouble with the law and don't deserve the humiliation. Even if a person was struggling with addiction I respect them as a person."
"I had a hard time even getting a drug screen for pre employment done. The first day I came they didn’t have one certified to do it, the second day I made an appointment online for 11:30 for a drug screen, and arrived at 11:25 and they said that they stopped doing drug screens at 11:30. So I had to either wait until 1 pm this day or come back from 8-11 the next. I live 45 mins away so this was extremely stressful for me."
"I used to love this location, the staff was efficient with the order of calling patients back. Now, with their new staff it is beyond slow and they don’t even seem to take scheduled appointments into consideration or calling a quick bloodwork patient back before the drug screens. The phlebotomists are great at drawing blood but sadly it’s so overshadowed by their horrible wait time. What used to be under 15 minutes consistently, is now well over an hour."
"If I could give a 0 I would. I drove 1 hr 15 minutes for a pre employment drug screen only to be told that they stop doing those at 3 pm. No where while making my appointment was that noted. Staff was friendly at least."
