"My fiance has to have a simple stich procedure done. They NEVER gave antibiotics, NEVER went over any discharge. What the discharge papers DID say, we were supposed to be doing the opposite of. All I have to say is that is careless, reckless, and NEGLECTFUL. This is not the first bad experience we've had with Mercy ER, but we will NOT go back unless we absolutely have to. Even then...."
"The only reason they are getting 3 starts is the doctors did their jobs! Thank you very much ladies and gentlemen! Now... If someone is on water pills, is sitting with their partner for 10 hours while they are in the emergency room. You would stand to think they would have to have to use to restroom...No? Thank you to Tiffins finest for doing their job you guys are always only a stone throws away. If you do no see something with your own two eyes tiffin Mercy staff please... Don't assume... "Got admitted on. Sat stayed for 9 days All the nurses took Excellent care of me .Shout out to some of the nurses: Karina Dorine Hunter Maria I'm sorry if I missed some of y'all .Dr Sears ,Dr jacab (idk if I spelled his name correct). Dietary : Sara ,David Thank y'all for the Great care ."
"I delivered my son at Mercy Tiffin in August 2023. Everyone in Labor and Delivery was so kind and helpful, I felt comfortable asking questions and was helped very promptly any time I requested assistance. The food was very good as well!"
