Walk In Urgent Care

"What a sham! I came here on a weekend. The head doctor talked to me from a video screen. They were packed, and had no more seating. I could hear every private thing being said behind the nurses station where you get weighed. They had me guess my weight. After an hour, I was called and told to wait in a room. I could hear everything being said by another patient through the walls. After describing my symptoms, the nurse prescribed an antibiotic whose instructions later differed from that of the pharmacy. When I tried to call them about it, no one answered. Thankfully I live close so I drove down there only to see a sign taped to the door that they were closed because they were short staffed. I’m not getting better and am missing lots of work because of these bad instructions. If I take more antibiotics like the pharmacy suggests, I will run out quickly. Incompetence? There should be a way to reach a doctor over the phone or at least leave a message. Who runs a place like this? They’re taking profits and cutting corners, and it’s just what I would expect from a business in this town."

"Primary nurse practitioner A. Lalone, was rude and unprofessional. This is the second time we’ve had problems with her. I first waited in the lobby for 20 minutes before they realized they never gave me the paperwork to fill out. When i did get back there they swabbed me for the flu and told me it would take 10 minutes. I waited for 15 minutes and heard them discussing my results from the hallway and it still took her 10 more minutes to come in the room. Looked in my throat and said I MIGHT have strep throat yet never tested me for it. Just very unprofessional."

"Worst experience I have ever had. Staff was extremely rude and very unhelpful. Had to check in through a computer screen and could not understand the person on the other end. When we asked her to repeat herself the woman behind the desk very rudely asked what we needed and sent us away without us even finishing our statement. I wouldn’t send my dog here to die."

"NOT OPEN due to staffing...all online at the moment. I can't speak to the quality of services. I chose to go to another urgent care. It would be nice if you changed your info to accurately reflect what you truly offer so people aren't wasting gas to drive in."
