"I booked this hotel for 2.5 months and had to leave after 3 nights. I woke up to someone knocking on my window one night, and someone trying to slam my door open on another. There was an ever growing moist ring on the carpet. There was a group of men at both doors who would make it difficult to enter. Overall a terrible, dirty room, but moreover a safety risk."
"They were very helpful and took care of all of my requests quickly. They actually acted like I was an old friend. I good thing, I had to go there because a a family members emergency hospital where they were admitted. I was only 6 minutes away. I really appreciate how they took care of me."
"We had to check out 30mins after we checked in. The room are very very dirty! Yvonne customer service is terrible. She asked my reason for the stay... & I responded "A break away from the kids" she said "don't do that" seriously. & I said"don't do what"? She said say that. Then she tried to lecture me on my parenting skills. So I n return, I let her know my daughter's are 23,16,&11. & They are old enough where mommy can take a break away from"can I have " or "mommy I need"! I work 3rd shift & I just wanted to be able to sleep before work! So now we go to our room. The first thing I noticed was the smell. Then like always we checked the bed for bugs, to find blood & love stains on the mattress, hair on the sheets, toe nail clippings by the night stand, & trash under the bed. My husband went down & asked for another room. We went to check the other room out, just to find a sex toy under the bed, love stains & other stains on the headboard, Ecstasy pills under the bed & the toilet didn't flush. This place was the worst hotel ever!"
"The main reason I selected this location was the proximity to a refresher class I was in town to take and it’s pet friendly. Although the staff was nice the rooms were below average and very dirty. Our first room had a full garbage can and many sticky surfaces. They did offer us another room that was slightly better but not much."
"The hotel room was filthy dirty. Dust, dirt & grime built up on furniture, lamps, remote, etc. Counters not wiped clean, bathroom sink had shaving hair and other filth. Mirror in bathroom not clean, etc. The floors were sticky. Every faucet dripped (bathroom sink, shower and kitchenette faucet). The absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed at. It was like they didn't even try or care in the least. Seriously. Bad, not worth the cheap price."
