"The young guys working are super friendly but obvious frustrated with being stuck in the middle of poor ownership and upset customers. The soda fountain is not working since the new store opened because the owner just doesn’t want to hook it up and buy the products. They would rather sell bottles. The store is out of tomatoes for days. Owner won’t let employees walk 100ft to Marc’s grocery store and buy tomatoes. We’re not coming back here anytime soon. 3 times now dealing with silly issues they should have fixed with a brand new store."
"Ordered a Steak Teriyaki sub through delivery and this is what I received. Who in their right mind would even make this sandwich yet serve it to a customer. I drove to the restaurant to ask to speak to a manager, which one was not on duty. There was two people working who apparently thought the sub they made was funny. I contacted corporate. This is UNACCEPTABLE! It’s not like they gave me the wrong sub, or missed an ingredient. This isn’t even a sandwhich on their menu. I doubt anyone of them would eat it so why even serve to your customer?"
