"I am extremely astonished at the complete disregard for people off the street this office has shown. In their mission statement on the main page of their website it states “In keeping with the mission of Catholic Social Services of the Miami Valley, our Northern Counties office is committed to caring for the elderly and disabled in the communities we serve.” So by that do you think it’s morally right to call someone mentally disabled because you don’t understand what they’re doing? And better yet, if you do think someone is having mental health issues is it best practice for your agency to make fun of said person with law enforcement instead of offering help? This place needs shut down or equipped with better staff. Lady Fishbaugh should be taken out of client care of any kind for your organization. https://youtu.be/x4uqJTIFFzU"

"I was going to take my 6 year old step daughter here but I had to play doctor and answer ridiculous questions in this packet that they sent me in the mail after me calling and requesting them. I told them before had that she is my step daughter and my husband has custody. When I go there for an appointment, they tell me I have to answer every single question, even the ones that didn't pertain to her and questions that were impossible for her to even answer for me. Then they tell me they can't see her because I didn't have her father's permission to see her. He had to sign a paper saying it was ok, but they didn't send me a paper for him to sign. They said I would have to finish the many pages of questions and have him sign a paper and make a new appointment. I told them I wasn't coming back since I had to be the doctor. The questions that I had to answer were questions they should have asked her. I'm not the professional child counselor. But they probably aren't either."
