"Walked in 20 minutes before close to get an antibiotic for a sinus infection. I was immediately stopped at the door by the rude woman behind the counter and I was told they had "met their quota" for the day and aren't seeing any more patients. Incredible."

"Dr Theo was excellent at explaining everything to me, and making sure I understood what he was telling me. He listened to my concerns and answered them promptly. The nurse who took my information and and prepared my chart for when Theo came in was very efficient. All staff I encountered on my visit were welcoming and friendly. "What a difference! I’ve been so impressed with Well Now and have reviewed them and recommended them to family and friends. I have been treating proactively and respectfully for months . My PCP is an hour away and urgent care has been instrumental in my health. BUT today , sick and exhausted I went to the Sidney facility and was given a provider, Zachary Niece. I just wasted my $ and insurance to be treated poorly and questioned my health history. I had to show him prescription status and health information. He absolutely didn’t care. 100% legitimately disappointed and frustrated. If the facility chooses to employ Drs that don’t want to practice medicine then that would be a shame. I hope I am contacted regarding this issue because you were the best this area has ever had. All I needed was an antibiotic and steroid shot. Both are easily prescribed and administered. Shame on you Zach."
