"I am not surprised there are other one star reviews. We were a customer for a number of years and our interaction with the office was limited and never had an issue. When we finally did have an issue, there was a consistent lack of follow up including Allison who reminded us she "doesn't work for State Farm". I am not sure if Ron either has one foot in the door of retirement, was never that engaged with his business to begin with, or both. He never followed up directly even after multiple requests. Very disappointed but we have moved on to another agent."

From screwing up my billing to talking to Alison on the phone and it being a different story every month, most of the time never getting back to me. Now I'm on some billing catch up plan I didn't intend to be on. I will definitely be switching agents and possibly even insurance companies."
