"Everyone was wonderful friendly staff I was a bit nervous for the nerve block and they had a nurse hold my hand they were all wonderful not even a time where I was really alone for longer then 10 minutes. Very very awesome people for both surgeries I had were both quick and both times were awesome"
"The staff and the facility were great. The only thing that we had a problem with was that patients aren't allowed to have even one person come back to pre op with them. The patients have a right to have someone back their with them."
"Absolutely top notch, state of the art facility. All of the nurses were great too. Check in was quick, they had me in pre-op within about 30 minutes of my arrival time. I was given a bed in a private room to wait for a couple hours before my procedure. The room had a TV for me to watch while I waited for my surgeon to finish with her previous case. There was someone checking on me about every 20 minutes. All in all, it was a superb experience."
"Friendly staff. Doctor Richterman is great and very knowledgeable, qualified and does not waste any time. The only negative is that quite a bit is going on at once during preoperative process and the wait is somewhat long. Overall, very satisfied about everything and recommended!"
