"Long wait after appointment time with one other in waiting room. Thats it. Only needed a school physical. I had all the needed paperwork. They insisted it need different and argued with me. Would up filling out their papers also. 2 hours for a physical. Not my first child or physical. I know what I need for the school. Rude staff. Never going there again."
"The worst experience I have ever had at a medical facility. The nurse was incredibly rude, talk to me like I was stupid. I came in for a sore throat and the first thing she asks, "seriously, your only hear for a sore throat?" I couldn't believe it. I filled out all information in advance, and nurse claimed it was in a app, and we had to redo everything. She talked down to me, as I am a gagger and she could not get a good swab of my throat (never had issues at any other Doctors Office). Then talked down to me as my ears were dirty. No one was at the front counter the whole time I was there. Very disappointed with my experience. I know that this Kroger won't lose much money from my business, but I do have to question if I should even shop there anymore."
"Nice clean n convenient in a Kroger...this place use my insurance for a shot that my son needs. We had made an appointment to get the shot. Got there a few minutes early and it took them 28 minutes to complete and no wait . The three star is for no hands sanitizer or wipes and the time it took for one shot."
