"Filled out a form for a call back. I received one on a Saturday from Dana. We spoke for some time, with me answering questions. She indicated I would receive a call back on Monday after she reviewed with an attorney. No call received. I called on Tuesday and she was to call on Wednesday. No call received. I wouldn't bother with them if you have to chase them for a call back. Very poor customer service from a potential new client who really needs help."
