"Seeing all the negative reviews here I felt a need to post. I live nearby and have been shipping, dropping off Amazon and picking up here for years and have never had a bad experience, on the contrary usually a few chuckles. I also tape my own boxes. I've also been to many stores that make me buy tape to seal packages. The second the company seals it they assume liability for any failure. I would not do it either. Don't be so cheap, buy some tape!"
"Refused to accept Amazon return demanding to bring tapped boxe which would require from me to come back home, tap it, and then come back again to the store. Have been dropping untapped boxes for years in other locations. But this location decided to become exceptional and make customer's life harder."
"Woman working 8/6 was entirely unhelpful and extremely rude. She made it clear that I inconvenienced her by showing up at 2:45 on a Sunday(the earliest I could get there). Wouldn’t help seal boxes up or explain why their location requires an Amazon box for all returns. New to the area, and will not go there again. How frustrating."
"Went at 1:45p on a Sat, their posted hours say they're open until 2:30p. But they were closed. I was not the only other customer there trying to use their services. Change your hours if you're going to not be open."
"I've shipped from this store for about a year and always had a good experience with the employees and service. Their printing fee is a bit high though, even for prepaid labels. Print them ahead of time or stop by FedEx across the street for much more reasonable rates."
