"The emergency room at this hospital is horrible. I attribute my present physical condition to the poorly educated staff. They did not listen to me over and over and over again. Leading to life changing issues. However, the pain management team and dr laufs office are outstanding!!"
"I didn't want to give this place a star at all.Dr kindle is awesome but his staff sucks.called to have my refill rerouted to another pharmacy and they won't do it. I need these medications and his staff will not give them to me. So at all costs avoid this place. They will not help you.!!!!"
"I went in through the emergency with severe epigastric pain. As a bariatric patient I was afraid there was something wrong with my pouch or problems with an ulcer. Here is the problem my pain was never properly addressed and I have been told in the past that I have a substance abuse issue, which I do not. And second the only imagine that was completed was an xray which would not have given them the information needed. Next day I went to a different hospital was taken care of and I am having surgery one week later to remove my gallbladder. I was also made comfortable while I waited for the testing to be completed.you need to do better when treating pain and pain meds are not a dirty word."
