"Hasn't been willing at all to help my stepdad. Hes vaccinated for covid, coughing nonstop, and they're unwilling to help him in any way. Worse off, they've been withholding medical information because "its not that important" even though it clearly seems it is. He wouldn't be coughing and choking so terribly if it wasn't."
"The place is always busy but the staff is mostly 98% professionals and takes good care of you. Waiting time could be wishfully reduced as it average takes you 30min-1hr just getting in a room. Office manager Gloria hops in and help out whenever able, and clerk Kathy will always join you with a smile for any help needed. LNP Laura S is thee best if you need to make a pick among the providers."
