Everyone I had an interaction with has been genuinely caring, active listeners, patient educators, supportive, informative with all my concerns, tolerated my humor, and shared their wit with me. All of my needs were met, questions answered and explained so that I can understand. The urgency which I received my treatments and procedures has been an uncategorically positive experience. The return calls and emails to questions regarding billing happen so fast I wasn't prepared for their efficiency. If I had one complaint, as a first time visitor/ patient it would only be - the signage and directions in some of the facilities, merely because I was overwhelmed with emotion and the fear of the worst."
