"Was told they couldn't find my appointment. Then after showing them my email confirmation, I was told they couldn't read my name on the sign in sheet. They had already typed my name and insurance information in their system. It was almost an hour after my appointment time I finally got in. No apologies, just a quick "we'll get you in as soon as possible..." This place is a mess!"

"Inside cardiovascular office- no sign pointing to area. Receptionist at office was rude- rolled his eyes as he pointed to the compunet office across the lobby. Receptionist at compunet didn’t even acknowledge me standing there- I left. People have a choice where they can go for services. I don’t recommend this location."

"I checked in before anyone else in that office. I sat there while they took everyone but me?! Then they would not own up to forgetting me unless it was an insurance class thing I don’t know. ?! Hmmmmm. The very last lady came out when she was done and said are you still here? You were here before anyone. I think they forgot you honey you need to go back up to the window! Her words. I did go back to window and oh guess what they said it was my turn. Yeah right!!!!"

"Beavercreek location was fantastic! Greeted almost immediately by very friendly receptionist, and taken back within 10 minutes. Phlebotomist was also excellent and provided me with information on accessing my results as well as answered all my questions. Best lab experience I have had!"

"The check-in and phlebotomist lady were very kind and prompt. Very peaceful and cool setting. The one criticism I have is that the waiting room seats are very close to the check in window so you can hear everything that the patient is saying. However, there are seats all over the room. So a patient could choose to sit further away from the window."
