She received her medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School and completed her residency and fellowship at The University of Cincinnati. Dr. Regan specializes in preconception care, obesity medicine, diabetes, and complicated medical issues in pregnancy. She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology with a subspecialty certification in maternal-fetal medicine. Dr. Regan is a fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a member of the Society of Maternal Fetal Medicine and the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine. She has contributed to professional publications and presentations and serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Northeast Ohio Medical University.
