It is home to various sports programs such as the Centerville Wee Elks Football Association, Centerville Youth Lacrosse Club, and Centerville High School Freshman Baseball programs. The park features two football stadiums, a picnic shelter with restrooms and vending machines, a playground, tennis and basketball courts, and walking paths. Other amenities include baseball diamonds, a grill, a little free library, multi-use trails, a nature literature trail, pickleball courts, and more. Schoolhouse Park was named after the one-room schoolhouse that once stood across the street from the park entrance.
