Gallant Farm, located at 2150 Buttermilk Hill Road in Delaware, Ohio, is a park that offers visitors a glimpse into life on a Depression-era farm. The farm includes a farmhouse with period furnishings, a historic barn, a granary, machine shed, barnyard, demonstration crop fields, vegetable garden, orchard, and pond. Visitors can interact with costumed interpreters as they go about their daily chores, such as plowing fields, tending the garden, and cooking on a wood-burning stove. The farm was purchased in 2003 with funds from the CleanOhio Fund and offers a variety of programs and special events throughout the year. Visitors can learn about preserving produce, making sausage, preparing the garden for planting, and cooking on a wood stove. Special events include Maple Syrup Time, an Antique Tractor Show, Music under the Paper Moon, and Winter Evening on the Farm.

Gallant Woods Park, located at 2151 Buttermilk Hill Road in Delaware, Ohio, offers a unique natural experience with old growth woods, meadows, restored prairies, wetlands, and wetland woods. Visitors can enjoy wildlife sightings such as wood thrush, barred owls, Eastern bluebirds, chorus frogs, grey tree frogs, small mouth salamanders, and fairy shrimp. The park was generously donated by Charlotte Gallant and an anonymous donor, totaling 231 acres. The park also includes the Interpretive Gateway, which educates visitors on wetland habitats and the transition from farmland to native habitat.
