Meet Our Team:

- Dr. Diane Veale: An Ohio State University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and a degree from the Ohio State College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Veale joined the Country Doctor team in 1995 and has a wealth of experience in both farm and small animal practices.

- Dr. Sean Artello: A 2022 graduate of The Ohio State College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Artello brings a passion for exotics, small mammals, reptiles, and various surgical procedures. He is eager to provide the best care for your furry family members.

- Dr. Overberger: An Ashtabula County native who started with Country Doctor as a veterinary assistant in 2016. Dr. Overberger holds a BS in Biology from Bowling Green State University and a DVM from The Ohio State University. Her interests include Internal Medicine, Behavior, and minimally invasive procedures.

- Ashley: A dedicated team member for nearly 19 years, Ashley has a deep connection with animals and a broad range of responsibilities within the clinic. She enjoys spending her downtime with her family and their extended family of rescue pets.

- Carly: A veterinary assistant with 13 years of experience at Country Doctor, Carly is passionate about expanding her knowledge and skills in animal care.

- Sarah: A Registered Veterinary Technician who joined Country Doctor in 2012. Sarah has a background in veterinary technology from Penn Foster and a compassionate approach to pet care.

- Chloe: A registered veterinary technician with 10 years in the field and a passion for surgery and phlebotomy. Chloe enjoys outdoor activities and has a small pack of three dogs.

- Sierra: A dedicated team member since 2018, Sierra is currently pursuing an Associates Degree in Veterinary Technology. She has a deep love for Dalmatians and enjoys spending time with her family and pets.

We pledge to offer referrals to veterinary specialists when it is in the best interest of our patients and clients. Our clinic is rooted in the community, with many of our staff being long-time residents of Ashtabula County.
