"I've been to this laundromat probably 15 times. It has never smelled except of laundry products. Floors are swept. The restroom is clean. Rarely are there machines that are not in service. I hadn't been there in 3 or 4 months but they now have some brand new large capacity machines. This laundromat is one of my top two that I go to when I need a laundromat. I would rate it more than five if I could."
"I’ve been here 3 times in the last 2 weeks due to a personal washing machine issue at home. Every time I’ve come, there’s been someone here cleaning or wiping down the machines. The place is clean and affordable in my opinion."
"The washers don't wring out very well clothes are soaked and have to spend more money for the dryers that don't even dry properly. Environment very dirty and smells. Lost money in coin machine. Unless it's a service animal. dogs shouldn't be permitted and children should stay home if parents can't watch them or control them. Was my 1st time there and it will be my last there. Wouldn't recommend this place."
"Was going to another laundromat and the washers didnt spin out the clothes enough and the dryers didnt get real hot so I tried Benny's and boy was that a good choice. I spent less money 4 of the 5 washers i used did very well and the one that didnt spin out well i could have overloaded it. However, the dryers did their job! Every quarter you insert gives you 10 minutes of dry time, the dryers got hot, and my clothes were dried! The place is clean, has plenty of folding space although it was pretty busy. Had a couple of tables to sit and eat or read, there were vending machines and even some entertainment for small children. One of the attendants was even nice enough to help me get my things to my car. Great experience, I will go back while we are here in Ohio."
