TownePlace Suites Geneva at SPIRE Academy

"We have NEVER experienced a kinder hotel staff team or a cleaner hotel environment than at Towneplace Geneva! Our camper blew a tire and suffered irreparable damage right in the middle of our 2 week vacation and we booked this wonderful hotel to finish out our trip. They accommodated our room needs immediately, even though I messed up with booking through Expedia (don’t do that) and were so helpful to get us in a comfortable suite for our stay. This place is SO CLEAN with modern elements of home. We loved our spacious room with PLENTY of storage options, outlets, and big windows! Breakfast was wonderful every morning and we even used their laundry services without any issues. We will DEFINITELY be booking with them again when we come back next year! Thank you so much for turning what could have been a horrible vacation experience into a wonderful and stress-free memory!"

"We broke down on the interstate late at night, made it off at this exit, and called up this hotel, since it was within walking distance. They were SO friendly and nice! Gave us two rooms close together, extended our checkout time while we worked on repairing our vehicle, and every single staff member we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and positive. The rooms were beautiful and the whole hotel was sparkling clean. Nicest hotel I've stayed in in years! Couldn't recommend more!"

"Superb service, accomodations, and location. We broke down on our way to WI. The staff got us, our kids, and grandkids in two rooms close by each other. The rooms were immaculate. The beds were wonderfully comfy. Then while we did repairs the next day, Morgan at the front desk was kind enough to give us a late check out. The housekeeping staff was accommodating and very professional. Excellent experience! Highly recommend!"
