Founded in 2016 by owner Isis Arrieta-Dennis, who hails from Colombia, our recipes are passed down from generations. After operating as a pop-up tent for over two years, we opened our first brick-and-mortar location at Findlay Market in 2018. Our traditional stuffed arepas are made by boiling and grinding corn, kneading dough, grilling patties, and filling them with a variety of ingredients such as mozzarella cheese, black beans, fried plantains, shredded beef, chorizo, and chicken.
