"Horrible lab now with the new Cleveland Clinic computer system, the receptionist are too busy socializing with each other to wait on the patients or recognize when someone has been waiting 45 minutes to have a lab draw because the new system isn't working. I've gone in several times over the last few months and had the same results. I feel bad for the lab tech that has to then apologize to everyone that has been waiting."
