"No walk ins . I drove a mile up the road to the green ymca quest and got right in. I actually originally drive to the green ymca summa because I thought it was in there but then my gps took me back so I went to the other Green Quest and was awful 2 people in waiting room and they said no more walk ins for the day. I went back to ymca tried again and found it and they saw me within 5 minutes and it was simple and easy . This location no - it’s worth going up the road."

"I don't understand all the bad reviews. Made an appt, 930 Saturday. Got out of my car at exactly 930, so was probably a minute or 2 late. Walked in, used the link they sent in txt to check in and boom. Got my blood done and was getting into my car at 939. I've been here prob 5 times in the last 4 or 5 years. It's always been quick. People must not be making appts or something, unless I've gotten lucky every single time lol. The phlebotomist was very good, probably the best in terms of hitting the first time and i couldn't even feel it. She wasn't super welcoming but wasn't off-putting either, but I'm not there for a meet and greet,so she did her job well and ill surely be back."

"I made an appointment for blood work order by my doctor. Showed up 30min prior to my appointment, no other patients there. I was taken back and the technician was so cold and unpersonable for someone who deals with the public. When she said.. " your done, you can go..." I said "thank you!" And got zero response... She purposely ignored me. Absolutely no manners! Maybe it was the color of my skin that she didn't like about me."

"I don't understand all of the bad reviews for this place. I scheduled an appointment online for blood work (same day) and was in and out in under 10 minutes. The phlebotomist was friendly and efficient. Check in was easy and I was called back right away. They do not have a receptionist, so you need to check in via your phone if you have an appointment (using a link that was texted to me) or a Kiosk if you're a walk-in. Simple, quick, and easy. Best experience I've had in awhile with getting blood drawn."
