"I will be now taking my kids to another doctor office. I make a sick appointment for my kids. I call in the morning make the appointment, make arrangements to leave work early, which is not easy only for them to call me last minute and cancel my appointment. How about squeeze them in with another doctor there?"

"Very upset I to have to post this. Brought my 2 year old to the UC next door with a bleeding head we have all blood all over us, They don't open til 2 the lady says but there people in there and the door is open? They tell me to go next door to see the doctor. I go next door my kids head is still gashed open he has long hair so you can't really see. The lady says okay we have an appt at 1045 which was 15 minutes from when we got there. I watched maybe 6 or more people come in after me and go back. I asked when we would be seen and she says since I'm a walk in I have to wait I'm like I understanding I have been waiting and it's now after my "appointment time". More people get called back my child still bleeding. I ask if I should leave and go somewhere else . I sat there for 30 minutes with my kids head bleeding I am Really upset and don't understand why someone can't come out and give some reassurance and maybe act like they care or tell me what is going on or tell me to go elsewhere. After their callous responses and odvious lack of care I ended up leaving as more people came in and called straight back. I guess having a bleeding head on a child can't even get help or compassion during the situation. Was literally crying in the waiting room my son's face covered in blood his hands and mine as well"

"I like the pediatricians once I can actually get in, but I have waited 30 minutes and no one still answer. Thankfully one of the times I waited I hung up and did nursing line and they got my kid in, but if I decide to keep waiting on the appointment line it could have been a very big emergency later that night. So, horrible to make an appointment but amazing pediatricians. The urgent care is good though. I have finally decided to go to urgent care then the actual doctors."

"We live 40 miles away in a rural area. We were not happy with the pediatrician that we were going to. I decided to find a pediatrician closer to civilization and I couldn't be happier with Akron children's hospital pediatrics. It's super clean and all the staff is very professional and friendly. I had an odd/frustrating request and it was handled with ease."

"We were referred by my grand kids due to my grandson having symtoms of "Covid" we sat in the car for over 2 n half hours before they even called to register him which was done over the phone while we are still in the car. After another hour i finally went inside and told them take him off your list. At this point the receptionist said we have no beds. I would have been better off taking him to the ER- Never will i go there again. Mind you i also had 2 other kids in the car withme ."
