"I'm in active breast cancer treatment and they do not care about that. When you advise you are immunocompromised they just look at you like you are an annoyance. No One wore gloves or masks around me. I don't see anyone washing their hands when going room to room. The facility is filthy. Most, but not all of the staff are rude, wait times are horrific. Sick people line the halls in beds. They laugh and joke about patients openly making fun of them . I walked out after 10 hours against medical advice, but staying there with so many sick people with a severe lack of health safety around me scared me more than the issue I was dealing with. I advised my family on my health directives to NEVER take me to this place in case of emergency."

"I am nervous! Here Pre admission testing for a total knee replacement. Poor customer service. She ignored me until she finished writing. Re training In-service need to be mandatory!"

"I was amazed at the quality of care I received in the E.R. and on the 4th floor. After having stomach pain for almost 2 weeks which did not respond to antibiotics and liquid diet I was admitted from the E.R. with Diverticulitis on a Friday and stayed till Tuesday. Amanda, Vera, Joanne, Katerina, Keisha, were amazing! I was never made to feel like I was bothering them or interrupting them. They were always cheerful, even in the middle of the night. My call light was answered promptly, every single time. Even Dietary was exemplary, searching to find me things I could have on my liquid diet so I could have a variety. Dominic from housekeeping was someone I looked forward to seeing every day. A very polite man and interesting to talk to, he managed to get his job done well and quickly while talking to me. I also had a CT Scan, Echo and Stress Test while there and the staff there was the same, including transportation. I was treated as though I was the only patient there despite them being understaffed and incredibly busy. If you're unlucky enough to need admission this facility is where to go for the best treatment. There were more caregivers that I'm sorry I don't remember their. This review stands for all of them."

"Terrible and unhygienic hospital it shouldn't even exist anymore. I gave labor in this hospital 9 months ago and completely forgot to put a review. Reasons for review: #1 food is terrible #2 half the staff were rude, although half were very nice and understandable #3 Dirty rooms. (More details on my personal experience) within the first hour I was at my assigned room my husband noticed food crumbs and a CLIPED HAND NAIL on the floor and we thought it was nasty but didn't give much thought to it. Fast forward... I get a complementary room as I wait for my baby to be dismissed. They send cleaning crew to clean my labor room and they come back saying they found a bedbug on those sheets and they tend to bite legs. I was extremely embarrassed specially cause I am a very clean person, I shower every day, I clean my house very often. And the fact the nurse looked at my legs while saying that and seeing bites made it worse but the fact is that it was summer and I had been wearing shorts alot and I would get lots of mosquito bites. Now once we finally got home. Husband deeply checked bed for bedbugs and we had nothing. If we would of been smarter we probably should have hired a professional, confirmed we didn't have bedbugs and probably Done a report against them for them not cleaning properly."

"Went to the ER because I was having high blood pressure a high heart rate and stomach issues for a week. Got told nothing was wrong and they didn’t do much to check what was wrong. The second problem is the nurse who did my IV did a horrible job and I now have really bad bruising where she did it. They didn’t seem to care about how I was feeling at all and didn’t put much effort in my care. I do not recommend this hospital and the nurses need to be reevaluated. They were rude and talking trash about other patients and laughing. Try another hospital if you can. This one ain’t it."
