"Called, not even kidding, TEN times during open hours and NOT A SINGLE TIME did anyone pick up. My sister did a pick up for me a few months ago and they were extremely unkind to her and made her feel dumb. Needs better service. Findlay is always great tho!!! 5 starts to them!"
