"I asked for my hair to be cut at the shoulders. Simple trim, nothing crazy. Unfortunately, the young lady who cut it made it very uneven and tried to fix things but resulted in a chin length, choppy, and still uneven, terrible cut. She still charged me full price knowing I wasn’t happy. Ended up going somewhere else to get it fixed."
"I had an appointment at 4 pm scheduled for today 11/2/2023, yall could have at least told me or call me to let me know that you were closing at 3 pm!!! I ain't happy!!! At least have some common courtesy to call your scheduled appointments and let them know, that you had to close at 3!!!"
"Priced way to high for a horrible job.. Got 2 different colors of highlights yesterday. The highlights don't even go all the way to the end of my hair. The girl had no personality, no conversation, and seemed like she hated being there...... I spelled my name for them and they still didn't get it right.....$150 later and very disappointed... I will never go there again!!!!!!"
