"Owned and ran by a total jerk! This guy literally yelled at me when we had to bring a truck back to be readjusted. I don't mean he was annoyed, I mean he was shouting at me while his employees stood behind him, quietly, giving each other looks that clearly conveyed that their boss' yelling was a normal thing in this shop. I will never return here. They even have office cats, and as much as I love cats and enjoyed hanging out with them while the truck was being worked on, I won't set foot in Akron Wheel & Frame ever again. Shout out to their kitty Screamer- you're a sweetheart and I'm sorry your daddy is such a jerk."
