"They cancelled my policy after I already payed them and signed all documents than they called my local driving license center and are trying to cause me issues with them very unprofessional zero communication on there end and very incoherent I'm very displeased."

For something that will only cost them less then a grand pathetic isn't even a strong enough word to describe them"

"They had decent coverage policies for the price but I have 4 yrs of driving experience and only had one minor accident with a parked vehicle when I was a minor. No tickets or other accidents since. I called and updated my address and without warning my rates went up 50 dollars! I wasn't even notified about this until I went onto my account and realized that happened. Very displeased with that and the lack of communication on the generals side. I will never go back to them again"
