"I shipped my son's car from New Jersey to Utah for college, and it was a flawless experience. Communication was excellent from start to finish. The driver consistently provided updates on the delivery status. I will need to ship a car again in the future, and I will definitely use this company's services."

"I can’t even give one star. I had a car delivered from Virginia to Boston. The car came completely scratched up from the driver going through trees. Entire car looks like someone ran around in circles and keyed it. I got two quotes both saying about 12k worth of damage. I contacted them right away with all documentation and it has almost been a month and haven’t heard from them about what is happening. I have had a car delivered twice yearly to and from the same place with a different company and have never had a problem. Photos below are from only one section of the car. UPDATE: called the insurance carrier since easy ship apparently doesn’t really insure the cars they ship despite you contacting them for the shipping service. The insurance carrier said that the documents were sent just yesterday, despite easy auto ship requiring them to provide TWO estimates within 3 days. Car was delivered on May 30. Today in June 25, so despite asking for an estimate within 3 days they did not actually put the claim with all documentation until June 24. So paid about $800 half of which went to easy auto ship who hired ( or farmed out) the driver and now have 12k worth of damage that they claim no responsibility for. In addition, the woman in the claims department hung up on me and proceeded to ask me if “ she needed to tell me the same thing in another language”. Bottom line is that there are many other companies that have much better customer service and will not hang up on you. there are also companies that do their own driving and insure their drivers. Apparently, if your car is damaged here, they claim no responsibility, despite actually paying and hiring them. UPDATE: After two months of trying to track down and get someone to claim responsibility, I have to now go through my own insurance because the driver’s company ( schofield transport) is not returning and calls to their own insurance company and their own company ( continental trucking insurance) said they can’t do anything about that."

"Transported our car from Montana to Louisiana. Price was very competitive. Driver was very polite and professional and the car arrived within three days across the country! Samm from Easy auto ship was very helpful and prompt in communications. Due to some issues we were not able to meet the driver at the agreed time and mutually agreed to pay little extra to compensate for his time for him to wait few more hours as he lost another shipment while waiting for us. Only small thing was that we were given slightly less than 24 hour notice (possibly due to the fact that this route is not as frequent for transportation). Still in the end it all worked out very well. Thanks for quality service."
