"I called this company asking for a ride to the Pittsburgh Airport. They told me an hour wait for a taxi. They called after almost 2 hours and said give them another 30 mins. I'm still waiting 4 hours later but in another taxi from a better company. Disrespectful and unprofessional. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND."
"I called this guy that’s working at independent taxi he told me that I was going to have a ride to get to work. They’ll be there within an hour and a half hour to an hour. It’s been 70 minutes right now and then he told me he don’t need to call me back once I gave him his number to let me know that they’re not coming to pick me up now that he don’t know when they’re gonna come get and this is supposed to be a business and a company to court or use to get you around and they’re not even professional enough to call their customers back and tell them hey we can’t take you to work after we said we were coming to get you in an hour if this guy work for me or the fire them specially the way you talk to customers on the phone and he hangs up on me when I ask them when they’re gonna come and get me and he tells me he don’t know so I gotta call my boss and tell him I don’t know when I’m gonna get there because they don’t know how to do their own job there"
